Wow. This wedding was so beautiful and so thoughtful. We have so enjoyed working with Heath and Britt over the last year. We really do feel very lucky with all the couples we are privileged to work with and these two were no exception. They are just the sweetest. And every time I’d pry about wedding details, she’d quickly give me a general overview of what was in store… but never did I expect so many beautiful hand-made details and such a gorgeous venue set up at the Concord Hotel. Britt really outdid herself and it really paid off! There were quite a few venue changes for reasons the couple weren’t able to control from the time the couple originally hired us, but Britt took it all in stride and kept a positive outlook. Let me just give some advice to other brides out there… what’s meant to be for your day will be! I couldn’t think of a more perfect fit of venue for this couple and their vision. It just wouldn’t have worked as well in the 2 previous venues they had booked. Enjoy!
LOVED LOVED LOVED her Badgley Mischka shoes and that she didn’t go with the traditional sapphire blue color!
Does it get any more gorgeous?
This family is full of smiles… and the best smiles they have too!
Too good looking!
How fitting to give out Heath Bars during the reception in honor of her new groom, Heath.
The wedding party followed the bride and groom several blocks down to the reception at the Concord Hotel
And now for the details!
See what I mean by thoughtful? There’s even a high chair and a baby friendly wedding favor 🙂 And it’s beautiful.
Heath & Britt had their first date at a Carolina Panther’s game… during the Mother of the Bride’s toast to the couple… she reminded them of that and said she had something special for them to bring back the memories… in came Sir Purr the mascot! He danced up a storm for quite some time!
The new couple’s initial… K… was seen throughout many of the details for the wedding day… including shaved into the side of one of the groomsmen’s heads
