When I met with Brittany last year and she told me her vision for her wedding day, I knew it was going to be amazing to photograph! Her vision included a tree covered meadow with thousands of wildflowers by a stream and thousands of lights hanging in the trees. My favorite kind of wedding! And lucky for her, Joshua’s parent’s property was the perfect space to use as the canvas 🙂 Her ideas came to life flawlessly, even with a little July rain shower. Even with all the planning and gorgeous details, Brittany was the sweetest, calmest, and silliest bride I may have ever worked with! And Josh and his groomsmen reminded me so much of my brother & his friends that I felt like I was right at home.
Brittany also had a specific vision for her images, so we worked on some special editing just for her! Let me know what you think of it!

Julie & Derek celebrated their ten year anniversary this past Friday with the sweetest vow renewal ceremony. I met Julie at a wedding I photographed last year and was so excited when she contacted me about photographing her vow renewal! The love that she and Derek share is so strong, and was very apparent throughout the day, and their vows were full of tears and smiles. Their two daughters had a great time playing dress up in Julie’s original wedding dress, it was adorable. Crazy Oregon weather (rain in July?!) meant that their planned outdoor picnic had to be moved indoors, but it didn’t stop everyone from having a wonderful time. Best wishes you two!
