Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti {Recipe} The Healthy Living Chronicles

This is a super simple recipe.  Really.

Just start with 1 squash for every 2 people you need to feed…

Cut them in half and scoop out the center pulp…

Lay them face down in a pan with an inch or so of water…

Set oven to 350… bake for 40 minutes or so, until tender…

Then the fun part!  Scrape the meat with a fork and watch the noodles fall out…

Scrape it all out into a bowl…

Add your favorite spaghetti seasonings…

And finally, add your favorite sauces…

Enjoy!
